A horse that wins all 3 of the TC races in a given year will be eligible for the TC Bonus if it meets these additional requirements:
1. The owner of the horse that wins each of the TC races at the time of each TC race can not have more than 3 horses draw into and/or be on the also eligible list in that particular TC race that the horse wins. Horses from strongly related stables are considered as being from the same owner.
2. For any of the TC races there can not be more than 3 horses that draw into and/or are on the also eligible list from any single owner that does not own the winning horse without the approval of the administrators of HorseRacingPark.com. Horses from strongly related stables are considered as being from the same owner.
3. Each of the TC races must run with at least 90% of the fields full unless approved otherwise by the administrators of HorseRacingPark.com.
4. Based off of a full field, each of the TC races must run with at least 75% of the field containing the top qualified horses running with stamina and condition meters between 95 and 105 unless approved otherwise by the administrators of HorseRacingPark.com.
The full bonus amount will be paid to the owner of the horse at the time that the bonus is won (the owner of the horse when the horse wins The BEL). If the horse is sold prior to the finish of The BEL the previous owner or owners receive no part of the bonus.
$5,000 is added to the total TC bonus pool after the TC races every year. Starting with the $5,000 added after the TC races in 2011 the $5,000 is being divided among 3 separate pools. The first pool is what is currently being offered to anyone that can win all 3 races of the TC. The 2nd pool is what will be available the following year if someone wins the 1st pool (it will become the first pool). The 3rd pool
will then become the 2nd pool and a new 3rd pool will be started. The $5,000 that is being added to the 3 pools is divided accordingly:
- Pool 1 will never be less than pool 2 and pool 2 will never be less than pool 3.
- Pool 1 will always increase by a minimum of $1,000.
- If Pool 1 is less than $25,000 then it will receive all of the increase until it is at least $25,000.
If Pool 1 is at least $25,000, Pool 1 increased by at least $1,000, and Pool 1 is greater than Pool 2 then
- Pool 2 will always increase by at least $1,000.
- If Pool 2 is less than $25,000 then it will receive all of the remaining increase until it is at least $25,000.
If Pool 2 is at least $25,000, Pool 2 increased by at least $1,000, and Pool 2 is greater than Pool 3 then
- Pool 3 will always increase by at least $1,000.
- If Pool 3 is less than $10,000 then it will receive all of the remaining increase until it is at least $10,000.
If Pool 3 is at least $10,000, Pool 3 increased by at least $1,000, and Pool 1 is greater than Pool 2 then
- Pool 2 will receive the remaining amount until Pool 2 is equal to Pool 1.
If Pool 2 is equal to Pool 1 then
- Pool 3 will receive the remaining amount until Pool 3 is equal to Pool 2.
If Pool 3 is equal to Pool 2 then
- Pool 1 will increase by $1,000.
- Pool 2 will increase by $1,000 if there is a reamining amount to be distributed.
Current pool amounts:
Pool 1 = $50,000
Pool 2 = $28,000
Pool 3 = $12,000
Any attempt by an owner to win or allow another owner to win the TC bonus by means that would not be considered proper conduct including but not limited to running a horse in any of the TC races with blown meters (condition and/or stamina meter outside of 95-105) or running a horse with instructions not used before in a race and is means for the bonus not being distributed and for the owner performing the improper conduct including but not limited to running a horse with blown meters (condition and/or stamina meter outside of 95-105) or instructions not used before in a race is grounds for dismissal and loss of all horses and credits
from HorseRacingPark.com. By participating in the TC races all owners involved in the races acknowledge and accept that the administrators of HorseRacingPark.com will be the sole party responsible for determining if there was improper conduct and if the administrators of HorseRacingPark.com determine there was not proper conduct the decision
is final and not disputable and all players involved in the TC races must accept the determined consequences by HorseRacingPark.com from the improper conduct.
By participating at HorseRacingPark.com all players accept that the TC bonus/pool program can be discontinued/ended at the discretion of HorseRacingPark.com for a period of 90 days after the last race of the TC races (The BEL) each year whether the bonus/pools have been paid out in full or not.
